​David Lee Sadai ​

​David Lee Sadai was a member of the Canadian Armed Forces for nine years serving on two overseas deployments while working with thousands of people from many different countries and cultures. He has deeply explored a wide array of wellness practices, first to manage anxiety and depression and subsequently to expand his spiritual awareness. His aim with Unraveling Madness is to help others ease their suffering and find meaning and peace in their life. 

He lives in Sprucewoods, Manitoba, with his spouse Stefanie and their children Maya, Jordan, and their Pitbull Mastiff Tyga.
